Art exhibition raises funds for AO victims

VOV.VN - Eight photographers and journalists are exhibiting 99 works at a special art exhibition held at the Ho Chi Minh City Association of Fine Arts in District 3 in Ho Chi Minh City from October 27 running until November 6.

All money raised from the selling of paintings will be donated to the Fund for AO Pains of the Vietnam News Agency.

In addition to famous painters who have experience across many exhibitions such as Ton That Bang, there is art from newcomers like journalists Nguyen Tien Le and Vu Kim Son.

The Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Association of Fine Arts, Huynh Van Muoi, said the exhibition aims to raise funds for Agent Orange victims.

During the exhibition’s opening ceremony, a total of 22 paintings were sold.
