An Lai market gathers ethnic minority people
(VOV) - An Lai market meets in Nguyen Hue commune, Hoa An district, Cao Bang province every five days. This is not simply a market but a gathering place of people from different ethnic minority groups.
The market is held on the 3rd, 8th, 13th, 18th, 23rd and 28th day of each lunar month.
It mainly serves people from Duc Xuan and Truong Luong communes in Hoa An district, and Phuc Sen and Quoc Dan communes in Quang Uyen district. However, the market also attracts people from Ha Quang and Bao Lac districts.
