AFC bans six players for match rigging
(VOV) - Six players from the Dong Nai Football Club (FC) have been prohibited from playing continental matches until January 23, 2015, according to the Asian Football Confederation (AFC).
Earlier on July 23, 2014, the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) imposed suspension on the players from domestic football matches for allegedly fixing a league game between Quang Ninh Coal FC and Dong Nai FC held in Cam Pha stadium in Quang Ninh province on July 20, 2014.
