70 foreign beauties invited to local designer’s fashion show
VOV.VN - Well-known Vietnamese designer Nguyen Minh Tuan has invited 70 international beauties to his upcoming fashion show "Dreams Come True", scheduled to take place on January 5 in the southern province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau.
Tuan revealed that his fashion show would attract the participation of various winners of beauty contests, including Miss Global 2022 Shane Tormes, Miss Earth France 2022 Alison Carrasco, Miss Universe Norway 2019 Helene Abildsnes, and Miss Grand Ukraine 2014 Nadiya Karplyuk.
However, he has yet to disclose the name of the first face and vedette of the upcoming event.
Born in 1992, Tuan graduated as the top student in the Fashion Design major in 2015 at the Ho Chi Minh CM City University of Technology.
He went on to gain fame for his evening gowns designed for beauty queens, runners-up, and contestants in numerous beauty pageants.
Recently, he received orders for over 50 outfits from 13 out of 70 contestants of the Miss Grand International 2023 pageant.
Many of the beauty pageant contestants wearing his designs have shone on stage and gone on to be crowned as beauty queens, including the likes of Miss Grand Australia 2023 Mikaela-Rose Fowler, Miss Supranational Caribbean 2023 Andreina Pereira, and second runner-up of Miss Universe 2022 Andreína Martínez.
