14 clubs participate in national volleyball tournament
(VOV) - The central province of Ha Tinh will host the national young volleyball clubs tournament from December 8-17.
Fourteen clubs have registered for competition.
Eight male teams are The Cong-Corps No 15, Trang An Ninh Binh, Sanest Khanh Hoa, Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, Sacombank, Long An, Army Corps No 4 and Ho Chi Minh City.
Six female teams are Lienvietpostbank, VTV Binh Dien Long An, PVD Thai Binh, Quang Ninh, Phu Rieng Rubber and Hai Duong.
All players are aged under 20. The final round of competition will involve four best clubs in both categories.
First prize will cost VND20 million, while second and third prizes will be worth VND15 million and VND10 million, respectively.
A cash prize of VND5 million will be offered to the best style player.
