APEC delegates arrive at Danang International Airport
VOV.VN - Ten APEC delegates began to arrive at Danang International Airport from 9am on November 9 to attend APEC 2017 Economic Leaders’ Week.
On November 9, Danang International Airport is ready to receive the flights of delegates from Australia, Brunei, Chile, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Peru, and Myanmar. The APEC CEO Summit 2017 moves into its second day with 6 working sessions, and the highlight of the event will be a speech from Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte. |
A welcoming ceremony for Chilean President Michelle Bachelet Jeria was held in Hanoi on the morning of November 9. She will fly to Danang to attend APEC 2017 Economic Leaders’ Week later the same day. |
In the past three days, many important events have taken place, including the APEC Concluding Senior Officials’ Meeting (CSOM), the Vietnam Business Summit (VBS), the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC), and the APEC Ministerial Meeting (AMM). |
