The construction project has a total investment of nearly VND730 billion sourced from the province’s budget and government bonds.

The Quang Tri general hospital is scheduled to be put into operation by the end of 2012.

The hospital is located in the East-West economic corridor axis, close to the border with Laos.

This is one of major projects to mark the celebration of big festivals in 2010, including the 1,000^th anniversary of Thang Long-Hanoi.
