State President Nguyen Minh Triet has sent a message of congratulations to the UN General Secretary Ban Ki-moon, affirming Vietnam’s support for and solidarity with the Palestinian people.
The message was also sent to the Chairman of the UN Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People, Paul Badji, and the President of the Palestinian National Authority (PNA), Mahmoud Abbas, on the occasion of UN Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People (November 30).
