Viet A Co, Ltd has agreed to fund the national female football tournament 2006, the Vietnam Football Federation announced on March 5.
A signing ceremony for US$35,000 sponsorship will be officially held in Hanoi on March 7. This is the first time the tournament has been sponsored.
The national female football tournament 2006 will take place in HCM City from March 9 to April 14 with the participation of six female football teams from HCM City, Hanoi, Ha Tay, Cua Ong Coal mine (Quang Ninh province), Thai Nguyen and Ha Nam.
