A delegation from the Communist Party of Vietnam met with officials from the Japanese Communist Party in Japan on August 8.

At the session, head of the Law Department of the Japanese Communist Party Yanagisawa and Senator Nihi Sohei relayed experiences in corruption supervision and inspection work by the Japanese legislative, judicial, and executive bodies.

Senate election was also provided to the guests by the Head of the International Department of the Japanese Communist Party Nishiguchi Hikaru.

The Vietnamese delegation is on a week-long working visit to Japan, starting from August 7, to learn about the role of the people and social organisations in the world’s second largest economy.

While in Japan, the delegation is also slated to work with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and the Mitsubishi Research Institute.
