Deputy PM Pham Binh Minh receives Timor Leste Ambassador
Vietnam always works closely with Timor Leste to foster bilateral ties for the sake of peace, stability and prosperity in Southeast Asia, said Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh.

He thanked the Timor Leste government for creating favourable conditions for the State-run military telecom provider Viettel and Vietnamese citizens living in the country over the past years.
The host asked the ambassador to actively liaison with the two countries’ agencies to make it easier for Vietnamese businesses to invest in oil and gas and agriculture in Timor Leste.
The Timor Leste ambassador expressed her delight at witnessing expansive, practical and effective bilateral ties in diverse areas, especially in telecommunications.
She pledged to do her best to further enhance relations between the two countries.
