The Government has agreed to include a US$600-million express highway project that links southeastern Vietnam with the Central Highlands on a list of Japanese official development assistance (ODA) disbursement.
The 4-lane road, that runs through 189 km from the booming industrial-zone province of Dong Nai to the famous Da Lat mountain resort in Lam Dong province, will be built from 2006 to 2020.
