A delegation of young politicians from the Parliament of Australia, led by Andrew Southcott, paid a friendship visit to the southern province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau on September 26.

The Australian guests called at the Vietnam-Russia Oil and Gas Joint Venture Company (Vietsovpetro) to inquire about its workers, especially foreign experts.

They also went to see some typical landscapes and a number of industrial establishments in the province and participated in an exchange programme with local people.
