The congress will be one of the greatest activities to celebrate the 1000^th anniversary of Thang Long-Hanoi.

The association is preparing for an exhibition of 300 photos on the capital, the largest ever event for photographers to show Vietnam’s images to the world.

Also, a national center for archives and photo exhibitions in Hanoi’s Cau Giay District, will officially open in October, after two years of construction, marking a turning point in Vietnamese photography as it never had any house to exhibit its works before.
