Quang Ninh province is sparing no effort to attract thousands of tourists to its “Carnival Ha Long” tourism week 2007, which will run from April 28 to May 2.

Visitors will enjoy street festivals, dragon and unicorn dances and performances by groups of stuntmen from Ho Chi Minh City during the opening ceremony.

An international tourism fair, art performances, concerts and sport and entertainment activities will also be organised in Ha Long Bay and the surrounding area.

The province will use the carnival as a platform to introduce its economic, tourism and cultural potential.
