More than 36,000 visitors paid their respects at Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum on September 2, says the mausoleum’s management board.

Many people expressed their gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh who devoted his whole life to liberating Vietnamese people and contributing to the common struggle of people worldwide for peace, national independence, democracy and social progress.

The mausoleum and the Monument to Martyrs are temporarily closing for regular maintenance from September 3rd- November 1st and will reopen on November 2nd, says the management board.
