Since mid November Vietnamese security forces have detected and arrested members of the Viet Tan (Vietnam Reform) Party, a reactionary organisation in exile who infiltrated into the country in order to hatch terrorist plots against the Vietnamese State. The arrests are a necessary move to maintain national security and political stability.
