A group of football experts from the Royal Dutch Football Association and Dutch company Support for Sports (S4S) will arrive in Vietnam on September 19 to help professionalize the country’s football.

Under the auspices of the Dutch Embassy in Vietnam, the delegation will organize a seminar for Dutch experts and their counterparts from the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) to exchange views on football management, coach training, and football development among young people.

They will also launch training courses for young Vietnamese coaches in Hanoi and central Khanh Hoa province.

The 10-day visit by Dutch football experts is the continuation of Dutch footballer Jan van Halst’s visit to Vietnam during the World Cup 2006, when he persuaded both Dutch and Vietnamese companies to cooperate in training young football teams.
