Two US non-governmental organisations, Give It Backs to Kids (GIBTK) and Support for Vietnamese Children, presented 300 wheelchairs to disabled children in the northern province of Thai Binh on March 10.

The province is home to nearly 100,000 disabled children and orphans, more than 1,000 of whom have been presented with wheelchairs by various domestic and foreign non-governmental organisations (NGOs).
