Le Tuan Anh, director of the company said that the US$10.6 million project covers an area of over 50 hectares in Yen Bai commune, the outlying district of Ba Vi. 

Zen resort will include a quiet Zen garden that surrounded by green trees from Japan, a swimming pool, tennis court, spa and entertainment areas. 

Adjacent to Zen resort will be about 90 villas that sit on the hillside. 

The project is expected to go into operation in the third quarter of 2013.
