Entry to all relics of Hue ancient citadel will be free of charge during the first three days (January 23, 24 and 25) of the lunar New Year (Tet) holiday, which is on, according to the Hue Monuments Conservation Centre.

Apart from offering free entry, the management board will also organize various cultural activities in Dai Noi (Royal Palace) and Ngo Mon (Noon Gate) to attract more visitors.

On the two first days of January, Hue ancient citadel welcomed some 5,000 visitors, including 3,200 foreign tourists.
