Her managing club in Vietnam confirmed that she will travel to Thailand after the Lunar New Year (Tet) to join the team from the second stage of the season. She is expected to depart in March.

Although competing in Thailand, Ly Thi Luyen will return in time for the first phase of Vietnam’s 2026 national championship. According to her representatives, her short-term contract with Nakhon Ratchasima Qmin C VC runs until April 5, after which she will resume domestic competition. The first phase of the 2026 national championship is scheduled from April 6 to 19 at Dong Anh Gymnasium in Hanoi.

Previously, the former national team player competed in Mongolia, where she finished runner-up in the national league with Hobby Ace. It was her first time playing in Mongolia and her first national runner-up finish.

At present, Vietnamese women’s volleyball has outside hitter Tran Thi Thanh Thuy and middle blocker Tran Thi Bich Thuy playing in Japan, while outside hitter Vi Thi Nhu Quynh is competing in Indonesia.
