Vietnam wins four gold medals at Taipei Open Championships
VOV.VN - Vietnamese athletes Nguyen Thi Huyen and Pham Thi Hue won two gold medals on May 28 at the Taipei Open Championships 2023.
This saw track and field player Nguyen Thi Huyen successfully compete in the women's 400m hurdles and finish in first place with a score of 58”00 to bring home a gold medal.
The same day saw local athlete Pham Thi Hue also earn a gold medal in the women's 5,000m final with a victory time of 17'44"07.
On May 27, Luong Duoc Phuoc and Nguyen Thi Hang also brought home gold medals in the men's 1,500m and in the women's 400m with times of 3’55”38 and 53”75, respectively.
