Vietnam U-17 women meet China in decisive Asian Cup match today
VOV.VN - Vietnam U-17 women’s team will face hosts China in a decisive group-stage match at the AFC U-17 Women’s Asian Cup 2026 on May 4.
The match kicks off at 18:30 (Vietnam time) at Taihu Sports Centre Stadium in Suzhou, China, and will be streamed live on the AFC Asian Cup YouTube channel.
Vietnam opened their campaign with one point after a 2-2 draw with Thailand, while China recorded a 6-0 win over Myanmar.
The second group-stage match will be decisive in the race for quarter-final places. The top two teams in each group, along with the two best third-placed teams, advance to the quarter-finals.
Quarter-final winners progress to the semi-finals and earn places at the 2026 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup.
