Vietnam men’s paddlers lose to Thailand
VOV.VN - Thailand defeated Vietnam 3-2 in the men’s team quarter-finals of the International Table Tennis Federation Asian Championships in Wuxi, China, yesterday (Apr.10).

In the first match, Dinh Quang Linh of Vietnam handily beat Supanut from Thailand 3-1. Nguyen Anh Tu followed in quick succession in an amazing 3-0 shutout of Thai prodigy Padasak.
However, Thailand came roaring back with Doan Ba Tuan Anh losing to Pattarotorn 1-3 in the third match. Then, Dinh Quang Linh and Nguyen Anh Tu lost to Padasak and Supanut 1-3 and 0-3 respectively.
With this loss, the Vietnam men’s table tennis team is out of the running for a spot in the First Division next year.
