Thailand F3 Futures: Nam may win first major title this year

VOV.VN - Ly Hoang Nam handily defeated Jeremy Beale of Australia in two quick sets 6-2, 2-0 in the men’s tennis singles semi-finals today (June 23) at the Thailand F3 Futures.

This is the first time Hoang Nam has made it to the finals in a major tournament this year where he will face Yannick Jankovits of France, world No 414, in a match set for tomorrow morning.

If Nam can pull off a victory over Jankovits he stands a good chance of making it into the world top ranked 500 players this year, according to his coaches.
