Shooting federation offers incentives for SEA Games 29

VOV.VN - The Vietnam Shooting Federation on Tuesday, August 15, announced it would pay the shooting team a cash incentive of US$11,400 (VND300 million) if it wins more medals than any other team at SEA Games 29.

For a second place medal tally finish, the Federation said it would pay the Vietnam 18 member team US$3,800 (VND100 million) while each individual gold medal winner would receive US$1,150 (VND30 million).

The team leaves for Kuala Lumpur on August 16. Olympic champion Hoang Xuan Vinh is the most promising prospect for a gold medal in both the men’s 10m-air and 50m pistol at the games.
