Vietnam have been drawn into Group E alongside China, Lebanon, and Hong Kong (China), with all matches set to take place in Hangzhou, China.

The 2026 AFC Futsal Asian Cup qualifiers feature 31 teams divided into eight groups who will compete in a round-robin format. The top team from each group, along with the seven best second-placed teams, will advance to the final tournament.
