National Jujitsu Junior Championship opens in Ha Nam
VOV.VN - The National Jujitsu Junior Championship 2022 kicked off on August 19 in the northern province of Ha Nam to select the best athletes for regional and international competitions.
The tournament has attracted the participation of 200 athletes from 20 cities and provinces across the country who are competing in Newaza, Newaza NoGi, Fighting, Show, and Duo.
In particular, athletes aged 18 - 21 are taking part in 11 weight categories in Newaza Gi, Newaza NoGi, and Fighting. While competitors in Duo and Show are showing off their skills in the men's doubles, women's doubles, and couples.
Athletes aged 16 to 17 are taking part in 10 weight categories in Newaza Gi, Newaza NoGi, and Fighting.
The tournament is scheduled to last through to August 26.
