Hexathlon program improves Vietnamese children’s physical strength and athletic ability

With experience of research, production and development of sports products, top experts of Japanese Mizuno Group developed a comprehensive physical education program named “Hexathlon”. |

Hexathlon is an exercise program which uses simple equipment combined with some group games. Children are taught plentiful international-standard lessons. They will have a chance to develop their potential ability in sports and become more active, flexible and confident. |

Furthermore, the program helps improve some declining skills of children such as study, communication and activity capacity. |

The comprehensive and advanced physical education of Mizuno was applied in several schools in Japan as well as other developed countries. |
