HCM City to host Billiards World Cup 2019

VOV.VN -Ho Chi Minh City will host the Three-Cushion Carom Billiards World Cup 2019 for the fifth time in a row.

According to the General Department of Sports and Physical Training, the tournament is scheduled to take place between 16-28 of May.

The General Department asked Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports to coordinate with relevant agencies in drawing up a plan and seek sponsors for the tournament.

Last year, the Three-Cushion Carom Billiards World Cup attracted 149 leading cueists from 17 countries across the globe.

The city is due to host National Jiu-Jitsu Championships slated for April 17-22.
