Hanoi FC face injury crisis ahead of Tampines Rovers clash

VOV.VN -Hanoi FC are facing a shortage of key players ahead of their home tie against Tampines Rovers in Group F of the Asian Federation Confederation (AFC) Cup 2019 with key midfielder Do Duy Manh out injured.

Manh was injured during Hanoi’s last match against Thanh Hoa FC in the ninth round of fixtures in the V-League 2019.

According to reports, the 23-year-old player will take between two to three weeks to recover.

In addition to Manh’s absence, Hanoi FC will also be without Nguyen Van Quyet and Ngan Van Dai who have yet to make a full recovery from their injuries. No information about the pair making an appearance in the upcoming tie has been mentioned.

Currently, Hanoi FC are on 10 points in Group F, meaning a win against Tampines Rovers will see them clinch top stop and qualify for the next round.

The match between Hanoi FC and Tampines Rovers of Singapore is scheduled to take place at 17:00 at the Hang Day stadium on May 15.
