Eight Vietnamese youngsters selected for La Liga training camp in Spain
VOV.VN - La Liga Vietnam Football Academy has revealed the names of eight young Vietnamese players under the age of 16, who have been selected to represent the country and travel to Spain in June for a training camp as part of the international program Next Gen Draft, organized by Spanish La Liga and EA Sports.
The players were selected from 200 local candidates after being evaluated by La Liga coaches on their ball control, tactical awareness, and sportsmanship.
The chosen players will have the opportunity to take part in training sessions based on La Liga Academy’s methodology and compete in matches against youth teams from La Liga clubs. During these matches, they will receive coaching and guidance from experts in the football industry.
Next Gen Draft is part of the EA Sports FC Futures social impact program, designed to identify and nurture young football talent worldwide while promoting community engagement through the values of the sport.
