Binh Duong hammer Shan United in AFC cup

VOV.VN - Becamex Binh Duong enjoyed their second win of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Cup after facing off against Shan United at the Go Dau Stadium on April 16.

In their second Group G clash in the last two weeks, Binh Duong thrashed  Myanmar’s Shan United. The two teams had previously played out a 2-1 win for Binh Duong at the Thuwunna Stadium in Yangon.
Striker Anh Duc opened the scoring in the 5th minute.
To Van Vu doubled Binh Duong’s lead to make the score 2-0 in the 45th minute.
The first half finished 3-0 in favour of Becamex Binh Duong.
Captain Anh Duc played a total of 70 minutes. He was then substituted for Tien Linh who gave an added dimension to Binh Duong’s attack.
Former United States’ youth international Victor Mansaray, wearing the number 21, put in an excellent performance in the second half, creating three goals for Becamex.
Shan United FC’s goalkeeper endured a difficult match.
The 6-0 victory over Shan United FC allowed Becamex Binh Duong to climb up to second position in Group G with 7 points. The Vietnamese club will next play Persija Jakarta on May 1.
