Athletes' perks include scholarships, housing, food, entertainment

VOV.VN - The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has approved a list of coaches and athletes approved for special perks while they prepare upcoming international sports competitions.

The list includes 14 coaches and 55 athletes in 19 sports including popular names the likes of Nguyen Thi Anh Vien and Nguyen Diep Phuong Tram, Quach Thi Lan and Quach Cong Lich, Hoang Xuan Vinh and Tran Quoc Cuong.

These coaches and athletes will enjoy special treatment for such things as food, nutrition, healthcare, education and equipment while training for SEA Games 2017 and ASIAD 2017 competition.
