It also affirms that Vietnam is always a reliable friend, a responsible and active member of the international community, committed to contributing to regional and global peace and stability.”

The opening ceremony was marked by well-organised performances, harmoniously blending traditional and modern music, reflecting the rich cultural identities of ASEAN countries. Each performance conveyed messages of peace, cooperation, and friendship among police and law enforcement forces.
The tournament is not only a sports competition but also a symbol of solidarity, exchange, and deepening cooperation between police and law enforcement forces across ASEAN and beyond.
