To create this blockbuster, adidas product designer and developers have collaborated with thousands of runners worldwide to totally reinvent the running shoe.
Together, they simplified the original adidas Ultraboost from 17 pieces to just 4 performance-driven components, creating a lighter, reboosted silhouette with more responsiveness for a game-changing running experience.

Adidas Ultraboost 19 has been developed to fully satisfy the elements: beautiful, compact, light and optimal support for each movement on the track. The blockbuster’s most noticeable innovation is BOOST technology for the base with an additional 20% increase in the midsole to inject more energy into each step , density of the enhanced energy particles compared to the previous Ultraboost, this is the "secret weapon" that helps to transform better energy when moving.

With regards to the fit, the heel frame is applied with 3D (Frame Heel) technology with a flip-over design that helps embrace the heel, fits and supports maximum for each step, bringing support and advanced stability to run more confidently.
Moreover, a brand-new Torsion Spring system with flexible plastic frame connecting shoe base and nose to also helps the runner optimize each ground movement and create momentum for the run propel you forward effortlessly. The result of this high-tech configuration is a shoe that blasts back more energy and moves with you, so every stride is full of power and no energy is wasted in the transition.
