Young people from 10 provinces in the Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam development triangle has gathered at a forum in Vietnam’s Central Highland province of Dak Lak to discuss ways of boosting the region’s development.
Speakers will focus on strategies to promote economic development, the role of youths in the region’s development and the friendship amongst the three nations’ young people.

The three-day forum serves as a venue for young people to seek measures to strengthen cooperation in education and training, and volunteer activities as well as sharing experiences in socio-economic development and improving public awareness of friendly relations between the three countries.

The development triangle encompasses Cambodia’s eastern provinces of Ratanakiri, Stung Treng, Mondulkiri, the southern Lao provinces of Attapu, Salavan and Sekong and the Central Highland provinces of Vietnam, namely Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Dak Lak and Dak Nong.
