Wipro Unza CEO reveals how to make employees love the company as their home

The most desirable workplace rankings in Asia

Hosted by the region’s most authoritative publication for senior HR professionals, the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards was conducted by an independent panel of industry experts, academics, journalists and government representatives and the survey’s parameters were benchmarked against the best in Vietnam – making this one of the toughest, most measurable surveys and awards in the region.

There are totally 27 awardees who were selected from a pool of 130 nominees across 24 industries, based on a proprietary survey that assesses the company's working environment, HR practices, employee engagement and the resulting job satisfaction.
