A ceremony was held in Vinh City on June 7 to receive and allocate these wheelchairs to children.

This is third time that Vietnam Outtreach and the NFVC have presented gifts to children with disablities in these two provinces.

Currently, there are more than 30,000 children in difficult circumstances and over 13,000 children with disablities who need support from benefactors, businesses, social and political organisations.
