Speaking at the ceremony, the Deputy Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, Dam Huu Dac, expressed appreciation for the great efforts by the ASVHO and significant assistance from the Belgian Embassy in Vietnam in building the website.

Mr Dac emphasised that the website will be very useful for the disabled and orphans in Vietnam to help them integrate into the community. “The website will serve as a forum for them to get information, share experience and learn from each other in their daily lives,” he added.

Doctor Nguyen Dinh Lieu, Chairman of the ASVHO, said the website will be improved day by day with the aim of providing practical benefits to Vietnamese orphans and people with disabilities.
