VND4,8 trillion will be provided for the projects, however, the total amount of the money may not be handed out early this year.

Projects begun in 2009 will be injected with a total capital of VND2 trillion to shorten their construction times. Provinces with that have less than 10,000 students or have not developed projects will not benefit from funding this time.

The Ministry will review the lists of project in each province and submit them to the Government and the National Assembly for consideration.
