Luu Thanh Thuy, a female 12^th grader from the Hanoi-Amsterdam high school, added another medal to her tally following the bronze medal she won at the 16^th IBO in Beijing last year.

The medallists, who were all born in 1988, included Thanh Thuy's school mate Pham Duy, Tran Thi Thu Thuy from the Natural Science University under the Hanoi National University and Nguyen Thi Quynh Trang from Vinh Phuc province.
