Addressing the ceremony, RANM chairman, Vladimir Egorov, emphasised that Russia now has many foreign medical professors and experts who contribute to the care of Russian people and doctor Ngo Xuan Binh is one of those specialists.

He also expressed his hope that Vietnam and Russia will strengthen cooperation in the field of health care.

Vietnamese ambassador to Russia, Bui Dinh Dinh, said the award shows the high appreciation the RANM has for Mr. Binh’s contributions and represents the fine strategic relationship between Vietnam and Russia.
