Vietnamese citizens in Israel urged to limit travel amid rising tensions
VOV.VN - The Vietnamese Embassy in Israel has issued a strong advisory urging Vietnamese citizens to limit all non-essential travel, especially between cities, after Israel launched a wave of air strikes against Iran.

The Embassy recommended that the citizens strictly follow local security regulations and guidelines, stay close to shelters when possible, and be prepared with essentials such as water, food, medicine, flashlights, communication devices, and backup batteries.
The citizens are also advised not to gather in public places, visit malls, or go near border areas, and to develop personal safety plans for themselves and their families.
Vietnamese nationals are encouraged to maintain regular contact with the Embassy and reach out for assistance or information on emergency support and protection measures. The Embassy reaffirmed its commitment to closely monitoring developments and providing timely support as needed.
On June 13 morning, Israel launched a wave of strikes targeting Iran, and then declared a nationwide state of emergency amid fears of retaliation. One significant target was the headquarters of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), resulting in the death of Commander Hossein Salami.
Iran immediately vowed to respond forcefully to any attacks and said it would take all necessary measures to defend its people and national interests.
