Vietnam spirit impresses thousands at programme glorifying Public Security Force
VOV.VN - After two days filled with diverse and meaningful activities, the Glory of the Vietnamese People’s Public Security Force series concluded on June 8 with a spectacular gala evening, attracting thousands of locals and tourists in Ho Chi Minh City.

The programme marks 77 years since President Ho Chi Minh’s Call for Patriotic Emulation (June 11, 1948 - 2025) and looks ahead to 80 years of the Vietnam People’s Public Security force (August 19, 1945 - 2025), and 20 years of “All People Protect National Security” Day (August 19, 2005 - 2025).
It honoured the proud traditions and remarkable contributions of the People’s Public Security force in safeguarding national security, public order, and ensuring a peaceful life for the people. It also conveyed a powerful message about individual responsibility, raised public awareness and encouraged efforts to build a peaceful and progressive society.
The programme highlighted spectacular artistic performances, martial arts displays, weapon and tactical skill demonstrations by Public Security officers. Notably, attendees participated in hands-on activities such as fire safety drills, rope climbing, firefighting vehicle simulations, martial arts demos, and police escort motorcycle displays.
The music gala on June 8 evening was the grand finale and largest-scale event in the series, featuring high-end production and a stellar lineup of Vietnam’s top artists such as My Tam, Tung Duong, Den, Van Mai Huong, Hoa Minzy, among others.
The Glory of the Vietnamese People’s Public Security Force series was not just an entertainment showcase that honoured the legacy of Vietnam’s public security force, it also carried a powerful message of public responsibility, national security, and social harmony.
