Vietnam National Day celebrated in Thailand
VOV.VN - The Vietnam Consulate General in Khon Kaen Province, Thailand held a ceremony on August 30 to mark the 72nd anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day (September 2).

Mr Son briefed the participants, especially overseas Vietnamese, on the current situation at home, particularly in the fields of economy and diplomacy.
The traditional friendship and cooperation relations between Vietnam and Thailand have constantly developed and flourished in recent years. The two sides have conducted regular exchange visits at all levels to lift their strategic partnership to a new height, said Mr Son.
Meanwhile, the Governor of Khon Kaen, Mr. Phongsak Preechawit, sent best regards to Vietnam on the occasion of its National Day and said OVs in Thailand serve as a bridge to strengthen ties between the two countries.
