Vietnam, France institutes cooperate in IT training
Vietnamese and French research institutes and universities have signed a framework agreement on research and education cooperation in information technology (IT) and communications.
The agreement was inked on May 24 by the French Institute of Research for Development (IRD), Vietnam Institute of Information Technology (IOIT), the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH), and La Rochelle University (France).
It aims to enhance training and research cooperation activities in IT and communications currently implemented in IOIT, focusing on multimedia, compound systems and decision-making support.
Accordingly, the involved sides will support USTH programmes to train Bachelors and Masters in IT and communications, which will be supervised and evaluated annually by the academic boards of the four sides.
