**Cultural families across the central province of Thua Thien – Hue attended a “Happy Family” contest held to raise awareness of the Law on Domestic Violence Prevention and Control and the Law on Gender Equality and uphold Vietnamese family values and improve the quality of the campaign to build cultural families, villages, and offices.

** The provincial department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Lao cai, Son La, Dong Nai, and Dak Lak provinces and the Trade Union of the Ministry of Health also held conferences to praise cultural families which have contributed greatly to the “All people build a cultural life in residential areas” movement and efforts to prevent domestic violence.
