The Global IDA Relations Director of the Emerging Markets Development Group under US Group SAP, Slobodan Trendic, highly appreciated the potential of Vietnam’s information technology market and wished for cooperation with the country, especially Hanoi.

The message was sent by the director during his meeting with Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Nguyen Quoc Trieu on September 21.

Mr Slobodan Trendic said that the President of SAP will arrive in Hanoi this October to discuss the development of a cooperation program on transferring SAP software and technology.

Mr Trieu promised to create favourable conditions for bilateral cooperation.

SAP has forged an alliance of 600 universities worldwide to carry out its transfer programme. According to the group’s research, there are three Vietnamese universities capable of participating in the programme, namely the Hanoi Polytechnic, the National University, and the HCM City Polytechnic.
